Finally, some dramatic thoughts about education -- outside the box thinking. Today's opinion section of the Des Moines Register has an opinion piece -- the key foundation of the discussion plays attention to restructuring the governance & funding of state universities in Iowa. Costs of education have gotten ridiculous, and we continue to allow the problem to continue to grow and manifest. Many good ideas noted.
